Privacy statement

What is stored

Everything below lives in one database. There is no tracking, no ad network and no analytics service.

• Account: your name, email address, an encrypted form of your password, your timezone, language, theme and whether you work in kilos or pounds.
• Body: your weight and the trend line derived from it, plus any measurements you enter. Your date of birth, sex and height, because the calorie maths needs them.
• Training: your programme, every session, every set with weight and reps, how hard it felt, your records and your habits.
• Nutrition: what you log per day and per meal, your macro targets, meal plans, shopping list and freezer.
• Limitations: injuries and physical limitations you enter, because the app adapts or avoids exercises based on them.
• Coach: your conversations with the AI coach — what you ask and what it answers. They stay for 90 days and then go on their own; you can also erase the whole conversation yourself, on the coach screen.
• Squad: who you are connected to, what you share per person, your weekly goal and the cheers you send or receive.
• Membership: your tier, until when, and the payments the admin has recorded (amount, date, period). No bank or card details are processed.
• Technical: your push subscription if you enable notifications, and short-lived tokens for invites and password resets.

No progress photos are stored. That feature existed briefly and was removed entirely in August 2026, including the storage behind it.

Who is responsible

Temoeri runs this app and decides what happens with it, which makes him the data controller under the GDPR. He is also the only admin — there is no team looking over your data.

Why it is stored

To make the app work: without your sets there is no progression, without your weight there is no calorie target, without your injuries there is no safe programme. Your health data — weight, injuries, what you eat — is a special category under the GDPR. It is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by using the app and can withdraw at any time by deleting your account.

What other members see

By default, nothing. A squad connection only exists once both sides accept it, and you decide per person what you share. Never shared with anyone: your food diary, your weight and measurements, your injuries and your coach conversations. Not with the admin either — the app is built so that admin screens do not read those tables. The household is the only exception and it is mutual too: two people who both enable it share recipes, meal plans and groceries. Nothing else.

Where it lives

The database runs at Neon in Frankfurt (EU). The app runs at Vercel. There are no other parties: no analytics, no ad network, no external tracking. If you enable notifications, a push message travels via your own browser vendor’s push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla). That service only sees that a message exists, not your data. Recipe photos are fetched straight from their source. Your browser fetches them without sending along which page you were on.

For how long

As long as your account exists. Your training history is never cleaned up automatically: it is valuable precisely because it is long. One thing does expire. A conversation with the coach is deleted 90 days after it happened — that window is the only automatic deletion in this app. You can also erase the whole conversation yourself at any moment, on the coach screen; that removes both what you asked and what the coach answered, immediately. When a membership lapses a feature is hidden — never deleted. Pay again later and everything is back exactly as it was.

Your rights

Access and portability: under Profile you can export your data as a file. Your coach conversation is not in that export: it is on the coach screen in full, which is also where you can erase it. Deletion: under Profile you can permanently delete your account. That erases everything of yours, irreversibly and immediately — no bin, no retention period. Correction: you can change anything you entered yourself. If something will not budge, ask Temoeri. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

Your password is stored encrypted and cannot be read back — not by the admin either. All traffic runs over an encrypted connection. Honestly: this is an app one person builds and runs in his spare time. There is no 24/7 monitoring and no security team. Do not put anything in it you would not tell that person.
